Please read carefully before placing your order:

- All sales are final. Once an order is placed, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

- By purchasing from Lac Amoris Keepsakes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions at the time of checkout.

- If a chargeback is filed on your order, your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

- If you have already sent inclusions for your order and a chargeback is initiated, your inclusions will be returned to the address you provided, but the jewelry will not be created.
